Console screen/radio not usable......screen lights up OK

Console screen/radio not usable......screen lights up OK
Found today that on my 2019, the console screen is not usable, the buttons do nothing, when operated as manual suggests.
Lights up, shows date, temp and time, but I cannot set the clock, nor do any other buttons work.
Now, I do not want to blame it on daylight savings time, but the radio etc USED to work. When I went to reset for DST, and thought about the radio because baseball season is coming up, I found the setup no longer worked. We do not have any phones synced, but per the manual, the buttons ought still to work. Thing is, they do not.
Anyone run into that?
