Egr
First off, you put down 2097 for your vehicle year, even though it's a 3 liter.
What year is your vehicle, and is it a 3 litre.
Most vacuum lines can be replaced with what you can get at your local auto store.
If it's a new Ranger, then go back to your dealer and get them to look after it.

When I’m driving the rpms jump a little bit at a time, would it be a leak somewhere or would the egr valve just dirty? I don’t have any check engine light on it sounds normal as I can tell just wondering why it is doing that
A vacuum leak usually causes a high idle all the time, but it still wouldn't hurt to clean your EGR valve.
Try cleaning your MAF sensor, use the special cleaner for this and don't touch it with you fingers or anything else.
When it's fully warmed up, pull the electrical connection off your IAC valve, RPM's should drop to 500 rpm or the vehicle should stall, either is good, it indicates no vacuum leaks.
I still don't know the year if your truck ?
Some years had bad coil packs _ when was the last time you changed your plugs or checked them ?
If you're still running the metal DPFE sensor, the change it to the plastic one.
