Important Head gasket problem

the motor takes the head gasket problem from the 2013-16 ecoboosts, my friend had his blow while offroading and had to get towed home in my ranger, we tore it apart and the gasket blew out to the side and coolant was in cyls 2 and 3, he was on avg at about 3500-5200 rpm wich the duratec block likes that range, but when the head came off its an open deck design, and where it blew was between cyls, be careful and watch out, it took almost a week to get everything off, the new 2.3l head will bolt to the older closed deck blocks like my 2.3 duratec turbo, please spread the info on the headgasket problem, my ranger before rebuild would sit at redlline when offroad for years and this one only has about 32K on it vs my 233k ranger
