WARRANTY ITEMS AT DEALER FOR REPAIR
Had to bring my wife’s 2019 Ranger in for 19,300 mile service and rotate the tires, other issue the interior lights do not shut off unless manually shutting them off with the overhead console switch, the dealer tried tracing the wiring ultimately the dealer found the switch relay to be faulty, hence the dealer has to order a complete overhead console.
the 2nd thing I found was the drivers side door speaker was loose, the dealer tried to tighten the speaker housing and found a whole new speaker housing had to be ordered.
Imagine if my wife was using this truck for light towing and minor off roading instead of getting groceries and feed for her horses, chickens, ducks, guinea hens and one pig!

I've noticed the overhead lights to be very hard to set to not come on.
The manual is actually dead wrong on quite a number of items when it comes to the 2019 model. Don't recall if the lights are one of them. The display options, and some other items are wrong and/or do not seem to apply to the 2019 model.... as if they were copied over from a prior model, presumably the european version (which has diesel and manual tranny.... grrrrrrr)

The interior map lights in the overhead console are to come on once a person unlocks the door enters sits down in the seat starts the vehicle with a preset time of 30 seconds, 60 seconds or the maximum of 120 seconds then automatically turn off, however my wife found the lights would stay on until she manually hit the switch to the off position BUT other times say if she stopped to put gas in the tank the interior lights worked as they should.
