1993 Ford Ranger AC

For a 1993 you will need a 1994-1997 AC truck with same engine as yours to get all the parts off of, 1994 and up because it used R134A, 1993 and earlier used R12
You need the Fan/AC box from firewall, with evaporator inside, you can use your blower/fan
You need the compressor and its bracket, which is why it needs to be from the same engine
You need the Condenser from in front of the radiator
And you need the hoses that connect the compressor, evaporator and condenser together, its a Loop of hoses
And you need the longer fan belt
You will need a new accumulator/drier and orifice tube, always need new ones when ever system is exposed to outside air
You may want to use a new compressor, used compressors are a roll of the dice, and if it seizes you will need to drain the system, flush it, install new accumulator/drier and orifice tube, AGAIN, and then refill
AC is basically an ON/OFF switch if you want, but you can pull the AC panel out and the wiring harness to do a factory conversion, but if you just want AC you can install a push button on the dash to turn it on
In either case you run the 12v or the ground for the compressor thru the 2 pressure switches, this prevent damage to the system if pressure gets too low or too high
