1997 Blower Motor Resistor R&R PITA!!!

So! Had to replace my blower motor: totally full of mouse/squirrel/whatever critters nest stuff: when all done motor only worked on high, so resistor replacement-easy/peasy, right??!!
NOT HARDLY!!
The connector was totally rusted together: had to hacksaw the female housing apart, after liberal dosing of Kroil, then pry the connector apart, of course breaking off two of them: finally got it apart; cleaned with my R/C planes electrical cleaning spray and put together and pulled apart numerous times: then di-electric grease all over to try and keep obvious water infiltration out.
What a total PITA!!!(Nothing to do with the animal guys!!)

Yes, a lot of AMPs pass thru that connector and resistor block, which is why it gets so HOT, and needs to be put in the blowers air stream to stay cooler

A lot of times you buy the resistor block with connector, because old ones are "welded" together, lol, and splices the wires

I was minutes from doing the splice thing when I finally got the connector apart!
