1999 Ranger 4.0L OHV pushrod shaft bolts TTY?

Hey guys, I have been putting in new head gaskets on my Ranger and recently came across an issue. When reinstalling the pushrod shaft bolts I found the torque spec to be 24 lb-ft then 90 degrees. I called Ford in my area and they told me they are in fact torque to yield. (When researching before starting project found nothing about them) I asked if they had some in stock and he said they were considered an obsolete part and he wasn't even able to order from Ford. What should I do? I looked online and can't find anything. I really don't want to re-use the old bolts. Thanks a lot guys.

No they are not TTY, yes you do torque to 24ft/lb and then do 90deg

You should start at the center bolt and then the 2 outside bolts to 24ft/lb
Then do same pattern but 90deg
