how much did you put in? If that was the only thing you put in your tank, you probably bought yourself at least a new set of plugs

I assume it was pre-mixed 2-stroke fuel so has oil mixed in at 50:1
Yes, it will smoke and yes it will foul the spark plugs in a 4-stroke engine
I would run regular gas thru it as soon as possible, maybe add a can of Seafoam or similar injector cleaner to the gas tank at that time
The oil can gum up the system if left in there, so best to clean it out as soon as possible.
2-stroke engines require oil in the fuel to lube the piston and rings but are setup for that using different spark plugs, if a 4-stroke is "burning oil"(leaking rings or valve guide seals) you need to run different spark plugs as well.
