so i'm trying to pull the tans out of my 03 but i'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the shifter linkage. i seem to have a goofy combo as i've got an 03 with a newer interior but still have the manual t-case and i can't find any pics or info on it. if anyone else has got any info that would be awesome. attached some pics of what i got going on

 

Looks like you are already close, just remove the 2 bolts on transfer case shifter and remove upper shift handle, then lower the trans and transfer case down as one unit
You can unbolt the transfer case shifter from the side of extension housing, to pull it out first, take lots of pictures for reassembly
Then pull off transfer case from transmission, then pull off transmission from engine

You may want to unscrew the boots from the floor first, its a hard piece to find for twin sticks
