Ford Part number is E7RY-6A340-B
Under $10
Used on a several different Ford engines, it is TTY so should be replaced, although I think it could be reused a few times like the TTY connecting rod bolts
I didn't look that hard but the "tap size" for rethreading the hole may be out there
But for $10 you can get the new bolt, that you need anyway, and then use it to get correct Tap size
