Can't really see it to well
I assume there is no coolant leaking out so its not a coolant hose
That leaves vacuum or air hoses
The hose that runs from the air intake(large tube) is called the Breather hose, part of PCV system, not vacuum hose, allows fresh air into engine valve cover area as PCV Valve sucks it out
Other one could be PCV Valve's vacuum hose, it runs around the back of the engine to PCV Valve on the drivers side valve cover, top rear
This hose often failed at one of the elbows, cracked

Yep, that's a PositiveCaseVent\PCV SuctionTube; runs from right ValveCover into the AirFilterToThrottle AccordianTube.
If yours is cracked+leaking, as a simple+quick+cheap solution, considering cost+availability of OEM parts,
repair\replace it with generic 5/8"HeaterHose+Clamps from your neighborhood parts store.
