This is my 2nd post. I bought my brother's 2002 4.0 Ranger with 207xxx miles and it runs pretty good. However, when I turn the switch to Low for low lock it does zero. When I turn the switch to High it lights up and goes into 4 wheel high lock. Any ideas?

 

Did you have it in Neutral when you tried to switch to 4-low?

 

That did it! Didn't know it had to be in neutral. Put it in neutral, shift dial to low, wait 5 seconds and low lock light comes on!
