4x4 low not working after I got my truck back.

This is more frustrating than ever. for the life of me i cannot get my transfer case to switch into 4 low. Before I sold it, all I had to do was throw it in nuetral flip the switch into 4 low, the light comes on and off I go. Now I get absolutly nothing. 4 high works but thats it. If anyone has any input as to why its not working or user error (doh!!) id greatly appreciate the help.

2003 FX4, Auto, Auto Trans Case.

Thanks a lot.

FYI you dont have PV hubs on a 03. Put your foot on the brake when you switch it over to 4 low and see what that does.

i beleave you have to be stoped to go into 4 low with foot on brake.

also if you are having problems you might need to clean the motor there is a tutorial on TRS about how to do it

since I'm not 4wd, although I remember having this problem with my moms expo...

I would have to stop, put it in neutral, then try it, it that didn't work, I would drive slowly, pop in n, then try to stop...sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, her car is funny...
