Fuel Injector Replacement No Start

Fuel Injector Replacement No Start
My 2004 Ranger (110k miles) was misfiring but starting with no problem and after replacing plugs, wires and coil my mechanic advised fuel injectors. The repair was pretty straight forward, but I can’t get the car to turn over. I have bled the fuel rail with the valve and primed the system before trying to start the engine, but it won’t turn over. I don’t smell fuel, which makes me think it’s not flooded and that the fuel injectors are not leaking. I replaced all 6 injectors via Rock Auto and did not test them. Any ideas would be great, thank you!

Welcome to the forum
Always include the year of your Ranger
2004 has the 4.0l SOHC engine
Misfiring is usually a burnt valve, but can be a bad spark plug
So changing the spark plugs is a good first step, since they wear out anyway
But then you MUST DO a compression test if misfire is still present
4.0l SOHC should be 160+ psi in each cylinder
This would prevent wasting money and time on non-fixes if its a compression issue
As for the No Start, do the 50/50 test
Take off the air tube from upper intake, leave it off, just make sure fan can't hit it
Open throttle and spray fuel into the intake/engine
Try to start engine
If it starts normally and then dies then its an injector or fuel issue
If it doesn't start then Spark issue
50/50 instant result on where to look
Look at CEL(check engine light)
It should come on with key ON, that means computer has booted up
It should go OFF when engine is turning, that means computer is getting a timing pulse from crank sensor, no timing pulse = no spark and no fuel
2004 Ranger also has PATS, passive anti-theft system
It disable starter motor and fuel injectors if activated
But also causes THEFT light on dash to flash rapidly which you don't mention
