Looking for some help

I have an 03 4.0 5spd I have owns since new.It has 345,000 km on it and was wondering if it's able to be bored out or stroked or what.
it was oiled every year since new and is rust free I'm done using if as a daily driver and want to make it a bit more fun is it possible. if not I possibly have a 351 or a 429 to drop in it witch is the most cost effective any help would be appreciated

170,000 miles so far on a 97 Splash. It seems the trucks rust to pieces before the motor dies
