Remove and clean BOTH battery cables and battery terminals

Then get a volt meter and test battery voltage engine off
Should be between 12.3volts and 12.8volts, if so battery is OK

Start engine, battery should now read 13.5volts to 14.8volts, if so alternator is OK

Then starter motor is bad, drawing too many amps and killing battery voltage, if lights are still going off and volt gauge is dropping to 0

Most auto parts stores can test the starter if you bring it in, or you can with jumper cables

How could I be 100% positive?

Your described symptom is "classic" bad battery connection or bad battery

You are there I am not, if battery is OK, 12.3v-12.8volts, and cables are clean and tight
And starter relay clicks when key is turned, so that part is OK
But lights go dead and battery volts go to 0 then last on the list is bad battery cables or starter motor, and starter is far more likely to go bad than the cables

Pull the starter motor out, that part is free
Then test it using your battery

Guessing doesn't find out whats wrong, at some point you have to test things
