Need help diagnosing problem

Okay, so the '03 in my signature is still acting a little wierd. It was throwing codes left and right, and I fixed the little vaccum leak underneath the radiator hose, and it stopped throwing codes, but now, when I start to slow down from a 35+ mph roll, if I completely stop, the truck will idle down to about 250 rpm and almost cut off. And it feels like it wants to jump forward when I stop. Anyone have any ideas? Could this be the torque converter not unlocking like its supposed to?

How would I check the idle air valve Brian? Ill probably get my dad to help me look at it. But if it does turn out to the torque converter, the truck only has 105k miles on it. Why would it be going out? I do tow alot but I dont think it would make it go out that quick.

I had that same issue and cleaned my IAC a few times. It would get better then always come back. Well, i was gonna buy a new IAC but decided to clean the throttle body before I did and the problem went away.
