I got a chip that should help with the fuel mileage and HP. says to connect it to the two wires on the IAT. Simple right, but the 04 dosent have one, or it is integrated into the MAF. need to know what two wires to use, or if it is even a good idea. thanks for any help you can give

 

Did you buy one of those twenty dollar chips off eBay? If so then throw it away, it's useless

I agree, you threw your money away! Your 04 does have a IAT, it's built into the MAF sensor.
