Im goin to get a new engine because mine has 326 k on it lol
Do I have to by a lima to turbo it or can I get a duratec?

yes....the duratech is a completely different motor
if it were me, i'd build a 2.5 turbo (basically a stroked 2.3)
rebuild your 2.5 with forged internals and bolt on the manifold from the turbocoupe
