I need answers but I will settle for helpful advice and/or opinions...short and simple:

Will I be able to make a 5.0 out of a 1995 F150 fit into my 1997 Ranger without any major (predictable) complications or modifications needed?

I’ve wanted to do the 5.0 swap since I inherited the truck a few years ago. Got the F150 motor from a friend of mine for free and with all the talk on here about finding the same year Expedition to do the swap, I want to know if I am just wasting my time and money rebuilding this motor and trying to figure out the details of the swap?
