I like the light bar, Lights, and skid plate.

Hows are the tires holding up ? I was lookout them the last time I got tire but got BFGs, this time around I'm back to General.

How is the whole package working out for the long run, you mentioned having a little trouble ?

Thanks man, tires have been great, I got them off craigslist from someone that barely used them and wanted to go with a different tire. Got all 4 for $600 if I remember correctly.

Once the tune was dialed in everything else has been great.

Got a good price on the tires, I worry when buying larger than stock tires from Listings, sometime they are too far out of balance and then your stuck.

Good to hear it doing what you want.

Luck

Hey man, I like your truck. I'm looking forward to doing something like this some day.
1. What sort of lift parts did you use on your truck, and
2. what size of tires/wheels?
3. Any improvements on your fuel consumptions?
4. Did you custom made your front fenders, or what? I can see its different.
5. Did you use the stock ranger ECU, or the one from the donor vehicle?
6. Your seats seems to have being swapped from the donor vehicle too, or it came stock? I know pretty much lots of those rangers came with fabrics.

I bet you, this truck can also be deployed in Afghanistan dude!

Nice build.

Question I have is, my 3.0 and tranny is still strong. There shouldn't be any reason why I can't put the 3.0 back into this explorer when I'm done, right?
this is unrelated to this question, but I wasnt sure how to directly message you. I'm currently swapping a 1996 5.0 v8 out of an explorer into my 1998 3.0 v6 ranger (2wd) and Im stuck on the mounts. I bought swap mounts for this vehicle/engine and installed them with 4.0 v6 ranger motor mounts, that's what I hear works, and that set up is not allowing the engine to sit far enough forwards for the intake manifold to bolt on. What did you do to mount your engine? I've included a picture of the swap mount on the driver side for reference. Thanks

I used these explorer mounts from Rock Auto:
WESTAR EM3000 Motor Mount
WESTAR EM2999 Motor Mount
ANCHOR 2868 Transmission Mount
