So I’ve been building this 302 for my daily driver (94 3.0 5 speed ext cab with 130k miles) but decided it runs way to good to tear apart and I really don’t wanna share my wife’s truck (not a fan of the fluffy sparkly pink steering wheel cover) So I figure with the new baby gonna be here in about 3 weeks I’m gonna miss Archery season (AGAIN) so I traded my hunting bow for a 97 single cab short bed 2wd ranger 2.3 5 speed with title (no motor or trans) and then went and found a 98 (eh) 5.0 awd explorer that runs with title for $400.

Gonna pull engine/trans/tcase, rear end and a few interior pieces from the explorer and scrap it (selling trans/tcase) rear has 3.73 LS

The motor I was building will eventually become a striker motor for a later project (wife’s been begging for another mud truck)
