Which wire is ground??

Hey guys, I have a 2004 Ranger and I'm trying to replace the rear speakers. Which is ground? yellow/red or black/pink?

Also, which spade connector is negative? The small one right?

I've done many speaker installs and the spade connectors have always been one size...

I would venture to say the black with pink is ground. I've seen that color used as a ground wire a few times.

As for the terminals, I'm seeing what appears to be a plus sign right by the larger of the two, towards the center. I'd say the large is positive and the small is negative.

"A-Wolf" is right about the terminals, there's a "negative" symbol there too.
To test if the polarity is correct, play some music with allot of heavy bass, the speaker cone will move outward if it's correct.

+ and - on speakers is about Phase not "voltage", so there is no wrong way that will hurt the amp or the speakers, it will just sound funny IF you can hear it being "out of phase", which most people can't.

In any case, yes the speaker terminals are labelled + and - on the base plate

And best guess would be Black is -
