After using the 4x4 today in the snow, it won't turn off or disengage. Had the truck from new and never had a problem ! Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum

Tap on the shift motor on the back of transfer case, and try shifting it again

The shift motors get stuck brushes(electrical connection inside) from disuse, so can work intermittently
But the 4WD lights should FLASH when this happens

If no flashing lights then check fuses:
27 in engine fuse box
Fuse 10, 27, and 28 in cab fuse box

If fuses are OK the the 4x4CM behind radio is probably bad, should be part number 8L5A-7H473-AA

You should shift to 4high and then 4low and then back to 2wd once a month, don't have to drive it just shift it in the driveway, that will make these motors last longer
