2012 Ford ranger 2.2l 4cyl diesel
acts as if it’s in limp mode
no fault codes

pulled exhaust off back of turbo to check for restriction
checked egr
checked maf and map

can rev engine to redline in neutral
put in drive and takes off like it’s in limp mode
selects all gears fine
can hear turbo spool when foot on break and accelerator

have tried taking off in 1st manual mode and no difference

 

First guess is a plugged fuel filter.
