Icon5 Codes p0720,p0722, and p0731

Took my 2007 Fx4 level 2 mudding, for maybe 15 minutes. I stopped and put it into park and everthing seemed fine. Once i tried to go into drive it was stuck in first gear, with overdrive light flashing. If i drove it would get to 20kph then rev high and stall.

i replaced the output shaft speed sensor, but im still getting the code saying there is no signal to the sensor. Ive tried checking all of the wires and they look ok. Im thinking water might have gotten into the wires or a connection.

I have no idea Where to go from here or what to do. any help would be greatly appreciated.

*I replaced the transmission last summer and everything has been good up until now.

thanks
