Did they make...?

Did they make a Ranger/Explorer/Bronco II with a Automatic Transmition and a Manual Transfer case? And the automatic shifter was on the column, not the floor (i know the 86 had both the auto shifter and manual linkage on the floor)

And if they did...

anyone got a lead on part numbers?

I REALLY like the design of the LvLII's but did they come with an auto?

My Mom had an explorer with an auto and a manual floor shift in 1993. If it was an option in an explorer it had to be an option in the Ranger. The explorer got all the exlectronic crap standard long before the ranger got pansy-ized.
