There is an art to setting it back up, to shim it correctly, it is not plug and play, but neat to learn how to do it, have patience, and there are some tools you will need to rent, read up about it and you will get a list
If you want to switch to a different ratio. but a stock Ford ratio. then its better to just swap out the whole rear end, unbolt driveshaft and the u-bolts from leaf springs, brake line and e-brake cables, and thats about it
