DIY Drivetrain
So the truck i have is a 1995 ford ranger 4wd 5 speed transmission 2.3 sohc...
Anyways Christmas day my transfer case along with both my front and rear drive shafts along with my exhaust system fell out of my truck, the cause was the taihousing extension adapter were the transmission and the t case connect cracking in 2 all the way around, needless to say this caused catastrophic failure of my drive train. The exhaust is a separate matter of nothing but old welds rusting away. Anyways my double cardan yoke is destroyed on my rear drive shaft and the slip yoke for the rear shaft is no where to be found, its either on the side of the road or it was destroyed in the chaos, my question is simply, is there any feasible way to direct connect my rear drive shaft to the transmissions output shaft{the shaft that normally goes from the transmission into the tcase}, in essence turning my truck into 2wd only at least for the time being? funds do not allow me to buy much of anything toward this repair, and i haven't had the means to go to work since christmas and due to this lost job on new year i need all the help i can get please and thank you all so very much in advance.
Again this isnt meant to be permanent by any means i just have to have a vehicle again ASAP

No, not even custom built
Transfer case should be OK, not sure how it fell out, its bolted to the transmission?
And if transmission crossmember broke then can not do custom rear drive shaft in any case until thats repaired
You can use 1 piece rear drive shafts in place of the 2 piece with carrier bearing, assuming extended cab Ranger
