The 1354 electric and 1354 manual cases are machined differently so the manual linkage will not fit the electric case. A few people have come up with home brew shifters but nothing I've seen was comparable to a stock shifter. AFAIK, no one makes a conversion kit. Best solution is a swap to a 1354 manual case but the manual cases and their shifters/linkages can often be hard to find at a salvage yard.
