While price shopping for a new pair of AVM locking hubs, I came across these. I haven't heard of them and know nothing about them.
Anyone know about these?

AVM is in Brazil, they manufacturer 4x4 hubs for many Car makers as OEM and also for other companies

When the 1998-2000 PVH hubs came out they start to have problems right away, AVM made the 470 model to replace them

Several companies ordered these with their logo/names on them to sell in North America, like Rugged Ridge and Mile Marker, and apparently a company called SYLVAN ordered some
SYLVAN may be based in another country that imported 1998-2000 Rangers and ordered too many so they are selling old stock in North America???

Price is right, and should be the same as the 470, but never heard of or seen these

 

I went back to Amazon and dug deeper into the "details".
Look what I found.
No thanks. I'll get the real ones from AVM.
