I have a borgwarner 1354 electric shift. I removed the vacuum lock hubs and switched to Manuel on my 2000 ranger, now I want a Manuel t case because I always have a hell of a time getting this thing in and out of 4 low. Is there any way to do an adapter kit for cheap? I know you can climb under these things and manually change them with a switch on the transfer case. I would really rather just do a full transfer case swap with Manuel shifter to the cab if anybody can point me in the right direction as far as parts and what to do

No, not for cheap

Finding a BW1350 or BW1354 manual shift is not that hard or expensive, the SHIFTER and parts are very hard to find

The electric shift system is not that unreliable, 4low requires a few extra things, Neutral for one, NOT PARK, and foot on the brake usually
And flat ground so there is no torque on drive shafts, the shifter inside needs to be able to move the transfer case gears and it can't if they are torque locked by wheels and drive shaft, is also why you need to be in neutral and not Park so transmission shaft can also move a bit, not locked
Same applies to Manual shift, it can be hard to get into 4low and then out of 4low for the same reasons
