More Clutch Issues (of course!)
I've had my share of clutch issues, and I've somewhat successfully bled the line a few times, and felt the happiness as I see some bubble come out. However, this time around my clutch has been worse than ever. It's very difficult to put into gear at all, and even getting tough just switching gears when moving. Onto the repair!
I pulled the entire line again and went for the bench bleed. But this time around I saw zero bubbles come out. I'm also basically getting ZERO movement when pushing the pushrod. I'm even putting the pushrod end onto a brick and pushing down on the top of the master cylinder to push a bit more than I can with bare hands. No movement. No bubbles released. Any of the bleeding tutorials videos I've watched always show a certain amount of push being possible, so that seems concerning. Of course I can push the rod just fine when installed with the peddle. It's not seized or anything.
Anyway, any thoughts? And what are some of the ways to maybe diagnose needing a full clutch job as opposed to just needing to bleed the line and your cylinder(s)?
Side question: The part of this process that sucks the most for me is removing and reinstalling the wheel well liner! Most videos are like "...and this just pops back into place". But somehow I swear more during the re-installation of this than any other part. Is this just me or does anyone have any tricks?

I am having the same clutch issue. A complete clutch replacement was did when the 5speed transmission was replaced with a reman trans. Now, a couple of thousand miles later, the clutch isn't releasing completely. The flywheel, pressure plate and disc , along with the slave cylinder was replaced with new aftermarket, slave was Perfection brand, and worked fine till now. Master cylinder and line was bench bled and,again, worked fine till now. That inner fender IS a pain! Removing the tire and using a ratchet strap to pull the inner fender out of the way forward helps. One more thing, is that long loop of fluid line outside of the frame necessary, and what purpose does it serve, other than making the line very hard to bleed. Let's hope someone here can give us a bit of insight.
