Neutral Sensing Switch

So I’ve got a 93 manual transmission 4 wheel drive Ford Ranger and I just swapped a 94 manual transmission in it and for some reason there isn’t a neutral sensing switch in the 94 transmission and this is causing my truck to throw a code and also it tends to idle high when I take it out of gear, it won’t go back down to the correct idle speed, does anyone know of a way I can bypass the neutral sensing switch? I would like for my truck to idle correctly too

Welcome to the forum

Never seen Neutral sensing switch on a Ranger M5OD-R1, Explorers did have them

Rangers had a Clutch pedal switch, but so did Explorers

If connector has 2 wires put a jumper in between, if just 1 wire then Ground it
Now test to make sure you can drive with RPMs above 3,000, so no REV limiter
