you have to stick with factory ranger/explorer/bII cases. Borg Warner 1350/1354.

BW1350: 80's model rangers and BIIs, 90 and 91 Rangers too depending on the engine size. I believe the 4.0L rangers of those years used the 1354

BW1354: 91-97 Ranger, 91-94 Explorers, 02 FX4 with manual tranny, 03 FX4 Level II with manual tranny.

For the electric case virtually all years of rangers, BIIs, and explorers. The v8 explorers used a different case though so forget about those.

check out Dave Worshils junk yard in Canton,the last time I was there I saw 4-5 Ranger 4x4s,they will let you go out into the yard and pull it yourself

hey thank you very much yall this is a big help. just to let you know how its going i picked up my front and rear axels, my knockles (spindles which ever you call them) , rotors, and the front drive shaft. the transmition is sitting waiting to be picked up. now i just need the transfer case. i thank you guys for helping.
