Rhythmic scraping sound front right wheel when braking

Good day,
I drive a 2019 XLT 4x4 2.0l
Recently a scraping sound came from my front right wheel that is in sync with rotation speed of wheel when brakes are applied. It is more pronounced at slower speeds as you decelerate when braking. It is not heard if brakes are not applied. It also is intermittent in severity, sometimes very pronounced and sometimes only heard by myself.
the local agent checked the brake linings, lots of life left and decided it was the bearing which was replaced.
The problem is still there and the agents are baffled.
Any ideas as to what this may be?
