svo diff cover

anyone else have an svo diff cover i jus picked one up cheap n it looks pretty sweet...pics of how u painted ur i wanna see what looks best

This is an aluminum cover correct; if so make sure to either get it cleaned really well or have it sand blasted, use PreSol or other pre-painting cleaner then use DuPont Etching Primer, let the primer set between coats and then for an hour or two before painting with a good DuPont Automotive Paint.and do not touch it in between layers of paint. You can use a high heat paint if you want or any other Enamel Paint you want to but the DuPont Line of paint is very good and the compatibility between products is good.

If there is an “SVO” on the cover, using a fine file or sandpaper sand off the paint on the “SVO" so it stands out. maybe paint the SVO the color of the truck.

Decide a head of time what the main color will be, match it to contrast with the truck color.

Just thinking out loud.

yea thats it i painted it back with the svo and the lines red i will get some pics when it dries....cold weather dont help my trucks red btw

Red is the only color for a Ranger… LoL.

The Cover should look good.
