The PCM should be in the passengers kick panel if I remember correct. As for the manuals wiring, it should be located on the trans of the donor truck and plugs into your truck harness. Should trade out one trans harness for another, should be plug and play I believe.

ok i found it, it think, its silver and square right? so i need to take that from the donor truck and will the wiring harness plug right into the other PCM from the donor? Also what are the 2 plugs that plug into the master cylinder by the pedal?

Yes the PCM should plug right in, i'm not sure if anything has to be repinned though, hopefully someone else will chim in. The two plugs by the master cylinder are for the neutral safety switch and the clutch safety switch. Its so the clutch has to be depressed in order to start the truck, or in neutral, so it doesn't take off when you start it. You will need those or the truck won't start.

But they look like they are a part of the main harness coming from the firewall. i had heard someone esle had found them up stored up under the dash some where.
