Transmission questions
Hey guys!
I've got a 1996 Mazda B3000 with the auto tranny.
My transmission cooler failed in my radiator and filled my transmission with coolant. So I'm going to rebuild my transmission. I was just wondering what parts do I need to do a rebuild. Obviously new clutch plates and torque converter but I'm not sure what else in terms of overdrive and reverse bands as well as solenoids and wiring. I'm guessing that it would probably still be ok but I just wanted to make sure before i buy anything.
Thanks for the help.

You have a 4R44E model
New pump, Ford brand only
Yes, bands and clutches both, called soft parts
Check the sprags(one way clutches), common parts to fail so............up to you
OD drum can get out of round, check it
New valve body with solenoids and gasket is not all that much cost wise
the TSS sensor is internal and a pain if its wires, or sensor itself, breaks, so have a good look, not a common issue
