It looks to be in great condition but I think the price is kind of high. Although, these days used vehicles are too pricy. It is just like mine but minus about 240K miles and the Wildernest shell.

At 20 years old and such low mileage, I'm sure it needs all new belts and hoses, all the fluids and oils including brake fluid changed, brakes and probably new tires, so another $2,000 before you can even drive it.
