Messed up my driver side door, need to pop out the dents and work on the hinges possibly.

Tips tricks and advice welcomed.

Torqued the door too far open.

 

probably will need new hinges and possibly new door, depending whether or not the hinge area of the door is bent.

 

Junk yard.
Find good door , repaint , swap lock cylinder.

 

The hinges look decent. It appears the bottom hinge is slightly messed up, it rubs on a spot and causes the door to spring open. I'd hate to have to get a whole different door, the outside isn't too terrible but obviously will need paint work as well.

It appears the top hinge is alright, the bottom hinge is hanging up, small number sevens are pressed into it, likely from forcing door closed. Outside dent in door is of considerable size, twelve inches in diameter in spots. Paint, finish have cracked, or chipped. Road noise and wind noise notable.

I just want functionality and seal from outside noise/wind restored.

Dents and chips in finish can wait.
