i like em but the one thing that sticks out is the ford emblem and the ranger emblem shoved in the corner..its like its to busy..spread it out some more

yea the hitch is the next thing on my list to get done. cant do it now cause its getting a bit to cold cause i had to do the tails inside so ill have to wait for next year to get the hitch done.

yea the more i see the ranger emblem under the ford emblem im thinking about taking the ford emblem off and getting one for the F-150 and putting it under the tailgate handle like they are on the new trucks and the having the ranger emblem were it is.

Yup get some tremclad rust paint, you won't even need to sand it to make it look better. Flat black forever ftw!

Did you sand any or use any clear? I was just wondering because when I get the 06 tails I think I want to do this also.

how did you black out your third brake light? nightshade?

When I took the Ford Emblem off of my truck to put on the "new ones", I put the Ranger one over where the FORD emblem was so that I didn't have to worry about them holes...

...then there's the big FORD emblem. Leave that in the middle. Looks good.

 

the new tails look SO MUCH better than the old ones.

but HMm..

Those pictures just helped me decide whether I'm gonna niteshade my tails or not.
