like i said on page 2 .... straps dont matter and what if it was a deer .... facts are ***** rolled out in front of him and caused the accident

 

Thank you. These guys don't get it. When someone decides to make a U turn about 25 ft in front of you and doesn't even look you aint got time to worry about what your haulin. You worry about not killing someone. That was what happened period and now they're blaming me for the accident yet I don't even need to show up in court for this. That's what the cop that video taped the whole thing told me. I was doing 60 mph with 400+ lbs behind me and she pulls right in front of me and I'm only 25 ft away. When I did get stopped my brakes were smoking and the ABS light was flashing and I had a busted back glass and alot of cussing involved. She's already lost her license twice due to bad driving which I witnessed as a passenger. Since the 3 strikes law exists here she'll be going away a long time. Her actions have already caused 1 fatality.

 

How big was the kettle? We make apple butter too. We have a 55 gal. kettle.

 

Not as big a yours but i was also hauling other stuff as well. I just happened to be the handle to contact the back glass. It's about 40 gallons give or take.
