haha, i dunno i think they look kinda funny

you could do the headlight mod, or buy some on ebay that are already black

and then a while ago somebody (tiger or something i think) wrote a how to on making halos (the ring of light on the headlights you wanted). it looked pretty complicated, but you could probably do it

Yeah those ebay lights look gay...

Make your own, or if you dont want to take that step, buy a spare set and do them..

98-00 had different headlights than 01+... I don't know why they would say they fit 98-01.

just to throw this out there but with a little work, it looks like to me that hypothetically if you cut the grill piece that runs under the headlight on the 01+ trucks that the 98-2000 lights would fit but that is just a observation. i dont know the measurements though. not that i would recomend it i think the 01+ lights look better anyways.

you want these
those are for the 2001+ rangers or you can stick your lights in the oven and paint them your self as per the headlight mod in the how to section

Explorers go to 01

Maybe they got confused?

IDK

I would not buy from a seller that cant list the auction correctly.
