So yeah on my second bumper design, trying to finish it up tonight and I cant decide how to finish off the sides. any help would be much appreciated.

If you just draw on it with paint or something that is fine. Any idea welcome

I think the front loop is just too big and i believe it's made for jeeps going on their nose also? Obviously you aren't goin to change itbut to me it's a lil too large. Bumperlooks nice tho.

Here is what I have so far. Kind of a mix between your bumper and a ARB offroad bumper.

Trucks go on their nose too, idk i think the picture makes it look huge, its big for sure, bigger than the last one, not sure I wanted it this big but it serves a function. If I were to roll it it would hold the front end up and keep it from smashing in on the hood/engine.

stinger is perfect size this time around. If your saying its too big, you dont know what your talking about, its the perfect size.

Your gonna want some supports for the stinger so it doest not buckle back.

is it bolt on? like mine and kevins?

shouldnt the hoop be out a little further angle wise? Just the way it looks, seems like if you put it on the nose, thats the end of your winch, or atleast the fairlead.

i liked your orginal bumper. Id try to keep as min. material on the front end as possible, but keep it strong. Function over form.

I am going to go through the hood to the engine cage once the 5.4 is in. I think its about the right height myself. just looks huge in that first pic.

maybe a little, but then again its just a fairlead. I want to get a synthetic rope line eventually so that fairlead will get much smaller.

its not too big, its the perfect size.. Unlike most jeep owners use it for, a stinger really has a use.. to keep the engine/radiator from getting crushed in the event of a roll. He has it right above the highest point of the hood which is where it needs to be, and it doesn't stick out a stupid amount which is a plus.

IMO, keep it simple, some of these guys are making them out to be some impenetrable monster of a bumper.

I'm assuming you already have something under the radiator?
