small update: we started to push the roof around a bit today and made a bit of progress. we cut out the inner stucture peices along the back of the cab over the window and the rear, inner pillar structure to make it easier to push around. these trucks are stout!! parts of the cab are 4 layers of stamped steel structure peices thick. i was dumb and forgot my camera but i snapped a couple pics of the porta power setup with my cell phone. its exciting to see some progress.

its still got a long ways to go obviously but its a start!

i havent bought a bed yet, i had one lined up but i held off. we are just concentrating on the cab right now. my dad said he wants to straighten the bed and replace the bedside so we can use the money i had set aside for the bed, on the cab.
good idea. what do u think it will cost to fix the front. does LMC make a magazine for that year for f150?

i havent looked into LMC. my dad gets 40% off retail for ford parts, so thats where were getting the body peices except the grill, bumper cover tailight, tailgate ect. well get those used or aftermarket. LMC tends to be a bit pricey
thats cool, you probably could find those other things pretty cheap used too. later on do u want to get new tires and rims too?
