2002 4.0 horn

hi I have an issue with my horn its not working I have tried all fuses they are fine I have checked to see if I was getting power to the horn its self and I am so what else could it be?

Bad ground _ the horn itself is faulty, test with an external 12 volt source.
Do a continuity test on the ground side of the horn.

oki just found out it may be the clock spring bad bc my airbag light is on and cruise control doesn't work..
I contacted ford and its $273.12 that's crazy

Yes, its a $200+ part, look at wrecking yards for one, needs to be Cruise equipped or won't have enough wires
