Welcome to the forum
Those were only used from 2001 to 2003 on Rangers, so very hard to find
This thread has some advice: https://www.ranger-forums.com/old-in...-bezel-156605/
CNC or 3D printing is a possibility but can be pricey, but as more people have the equipment to do it the prices drop
Its free to get a quote, and you have the original, broken but can be copied
And it doesn't necessarily need to be done in metal to get a good seal to the floor and boots

I think I sold my last one of those a while back but I will ATTEMPT to check out my stock.
Don't expect a fast turn around, party tonight and friends from New England visiting.
I know I have New Boots and Shift ***** but the Bezel is a question.
I will try to post tomorrow.
Ltr
p.s. If I don't have it I know someone that does but I can't mention his name until I check with him.
I'll leave him a message just in case I don't have one.

Making it out of aluminum would be nice but as stated above pricey.
The OEM is Plastic I would think plastic would be good.
If you find a 3D Printer to do the job, consider asking for a stronger plastic be used to form the Bezel and allow for reinforced mounting hardware positions.
If you do find a person to 3D Print this item, tell them to keep the file close, because I think there just might be more request for it... as Ron stated it is RARE !
p.s. I did leave the other guy a message... just in case.
