The armrest attached to the driver seat on my 96 ranger XLT is real loose. It seems the only way I can tighten it, would be to remove the liner inside the armrest when open, to get at pivot bolt. Has anyone done this ?, the liner seems to be glued in.
the other side is covered by the seat upholstery.
Thank,s
Frank

There should be a round plastic cap that comes off inside the liner, behind that is a Torx head bolt that attaches arm rest to drivers seat
