Am I the only one who does this?

When its raining, I GENERALLY just tap the end of the blinker to engage the wipers momentarily... I do this as needed, unless its really raining... instead of using the 'intermitten' wiper feature... am I the only one who actually does this? I also find myself doing it in other vehicals as well.. But then, the button isnt there, and then i get flustered with trying to figure out how to turn the wipers on LOL

I do something similar. I don't push the button, I just turn the wiper dial so that they wipe back and forth just once, rather than leaving it on the intermittent features.

If I don't need them to be on they're not, so I rarely engage intermittent. Low speed is what I'll usually leave them on, especially in winter. It's nice to have 1 setting left when your windshield gets coated in slush by a semi.

On a side note I just applied rainx again last Monday and it's been raining ever since. No real need for wipers at all above 100km/h.

I have a problem with turning the **** on for like 10 seconds then turning it off then on again. I rarely set it to stay on.

^^^ That's pretty lazy. It's only one more simple step when you wash it... and it's not like you have to do it every time. Takes less than 5 minutes, and is worth it if you end up driving in the rain.

I turn the **** if i need to......like during light raining...then turn it off. If it actually starts raining, i'll rotate the **** and leave it or change it. Only time I "push" in on the button, is cleaning the windshield.

If it's raining lightly, I use the intermittent. If its just the ocasional spash or drip, I push the button.....so both

I start by pressing the button than I shortly get annoyed wit hit and just turn on intermittent.
It's only a loose-loose situation with my truck w/o intermittent.

I use to, but I have been to lazy to put it on, I do use it on my face shield on my motorcycle helmet though.

if you just lightly hit the button to wash the windshield, you can get the wipers to move without any juice coming out...

Twisting the **** only half works,.,. cause if you twist it to the first click, and 5 seconds later, do it again, nothing will happen... its wierd... I find the best control over the wipers for showers/light rain, is to tap the button....

I use the feature now, but when I drive a economical car for awhile and then get back in my truck, I find myself doing the on/off game, until I remember that my truck has it.
